The Base of Our Tent: Our tents feature a composite bonded structure, utilizing the same construction technique as our caravan side walls. This composite construction consists of a 1 mm aluminium skin on each surface, encasing a composite of Pine timber and polystyrene. This innovative design provides a super light, super strong base with excellent insulation and thermal retention properties.

The Fabric: We believe in using only the best materials with the highest specifications. Our fabric is a Polyester/Cotton blend woven into a ripstop construction, enhancing tear and tensile strength. The natural fibre of cotton offers superior thermal and sewing properties, while the polyester enhances the fabric's strength. The fabric is pigment coated, ensuring superior color fastness to light and weathering. It is also resistant to UV and heat degradation and highly resistant to fungal attack. We further enhance the fabric's protection with a post treatment of fluorocarbon, making it exceptionally water-resistant and promoting rapid drying.
