The 2023 Overlander 500 Custom Caravan delivers unmatched comfort and durability for off-road adventures. This caravan features an ALKO galvanized steel chassis, Enduro Outback suspension, and a three-ton German brake system for ultimate stability.

Built with a GRP shell and insulated with 20mm closed-cell foam, the caravan is finished with a Raptor spray for added protection. Six double-glazed windows with integrated blinds and insect screens provide natural light and ventilation. The secure triple deadbolt door system, reinforced with powder-coated woven mesh, ensures safety while allowing airflow.

The outdoor kitchen includes a two-plate gas hob, double sink, and ample storage space, while additional lockers accommodate camping gear. A large Rip-tech Rally awning adds shade and comfort, with an optional solar upgrade for remote power. With a spare wheel, jerry can holders, and recovery points, the Overlander 500 is fully equipped for any adventure.
